Thanks for the 4-1-1, Tony! I follow Dutchsinse daily, but I was asleep when this event occurred.

Not much is being reported on the eruption, in fact, this is all I found from doing a Google search. (On a side note, a tour of this volcano is planned through this site for September 2-20, 2018 for 4350 Euros…) I wonder what the ramifications will be to the economy and environment due to the blast?

I received this alert on my phone when I woke this morning. We could see a very large (or more than 1) earthquake triggered by this as well.This was a pretty massive eruption!

Dutchsinse gets censored quite often and I find that to be rather bizarre. Why hide the truth? I don’t understand the rationale of hiding volcanic eruptions or earthquakes from the public.
