Sorry but I do not agree with him. He is right that we don’t die, because we are told that we sleep until the end. So when we close our eyes in death, we are alive in the life after, whether it is in paradise or heaven I am not about to argue about. I do not believe Jesus is saying what he says he is saying at all as I find it conflicts with Matthew 24 & Luke 21. Not to mention other Scriptures that Paul uses plus several chapters in Revelation that he & most others avoid using.
