My comment: French President Macron delivered a New World Order Globalist speech to the US congress.
France’s Macron pushes back at ‘America First’ agenda

Washington (AFP) – France’s President Emmanuel Macron urged the United States to embrace multilateralism and warned of the perils of trade war and “extreme nationalism” in an address to Congress pushing back against Donald Trump’s “America First” agenda.
The French leader’s feisty speech to lawmakers was a dramatic twist near the end of a three-day visit that had showcased his warm personal relationship with Trump, despite the gulf between their visions of world affairs.
The two presidents had literally embraced each other, repeatedly talking up their much-vaunted friendship during the trip, but in his speech to Congress Macron rigorously pushed back against Trump’s trade, climate and non-proliferation policies.
“We can build the 21st century world order based on a new breed of multilateralism, based on a more effective, accountable, and result-oriented multilateralism,” Macron said, defending the rules-based world order.
Trump has threatened to tear up international trade deals, scorns the United Nations, accuses US allies of not pulling their weight, walked away from the Paris climate accord and hates dealing with transnational bodies like the European Union.
But Macron, who one day earlier had appeared hand-in-hand with Trump at the White House, received applause from the US leader’s domestic Democratic opponents by calling for a “strong multilateralism” and avoiding an isolationist approach akin to “closing the door to the world.”

April 27, 2018 at 5:49 pm #6921My take Here is an article from the Council on Foreign Relations about Macron and his NWO speech. Of course they would back his speech since the CFR is basically a front for the Illuminati. Myron Fagan even once said hat basically the CFR is the Illuminait.
Emmanuel Macron and the Franco-American Ties That Bind
Emmanuel Macron’s remarkable address to a joint session of Congress Wednesday reminded Americans of the ties that bind France and the United States and of the risks of abdicating U.S. global leadership to pursue a narrow-minded, “America First” agenda. In an indirect rebuke to his host, the French president staunchly defended multilateral cooperation as the only answer to the world’s ills. In the process, he underscored why France remains America’s longest—if oft-unappreciated—ally.
One theme permeated Macron’s speech: the need to defend the liberal international order from its enemies and excesses. The West faces “a critical moment,” he noted. Confronting a complex and dangerous world, leaders and publics alike were tempted to embrace “isolationism, withdrawal, and nationalism.” Such a path would only lead to disaster. “Closing the door to the world will not stop the evolution of the world,” Macron declared. It would just set free forces of disorder and allow enemies of freedom “to fill the void.”
