Japan is hit by powerful 6.6 magnitude earthquake just hours after typhoon smashed Pacific nation – as death toll rises to 12 while thousands are stranded

A powerful earthquake has rocked the city of Sapporo in northern Japan just hours after large parts of the south of the country was battered by the biggest typhoon to hit in 25 years.

The 6.6 magnitude quake hit the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido early Thursday, triggering landslides, bringing down several houses, and killing one person.

No tsunami warning was issued after the relatively shallow quake, which struck 39 miles southeast of the regional capital Sapporo.

An aftershock measuring 5.3 rocked the area moments later and smaller aftershocks followed throughout the night.

I’m just wondering when big earthquakes will start hitting the Southeastern U.S. I live about an hour from the Appalachian Mountain range (Great Smoky Mountains National Park), in the valley, and this year has seen repeated almost daily minor earthquakes on the scale of 3.0 and less. So really only vibrations that unless you are paying attention – will never feel. The Smoky Mountains gets its name from the almost constant wisps of fog coming up from the mountains. Why? The mountains have been deemed inactive, dead, ancient volcanoes – yet we have hot springs throughout the area and some areas experience intense Sulphur pockets. Not to mention we have a very extensive cavern system below us that stretches for hundreds of miles. The closest fault line is toward the west end of my state (Tennessee), yet they have not been having minor daily earthquakes. Silence on that end. Strange and interesting.

I’m not worried, since I know that these are the birth pangs. Having given birth myself, I can tell you that we are entering the active labor phase – the contractions are closer together and more intense. It will only get worse until Jesus, our Creator, returns. What blows my mind is just thinking about what we are facing on several different levels: Political/economical w/ the NWO & Luciferian/Satanist agendas; natural w/ the earthquakes, storms, & natural disasters; and the spiritual – Satan’s demonic & Fallen army waging an all-out war with Jesus’ people. It’s no wonder that men’s hearts will fail in the end times. I am just praying for strength, boldness, and courage for all of my brothers and sisters in Christ.
