E142 Jesus Christ…The BEST Friend You Will EVER Have!

Friends are one of the most important parts of life. Very few can live alone without any companionship in their lives. Through life there are many kinds of friends that we have that come and go. As we experience some that are there for brief seasons, others are there for times of trial and help. There are yet others that are sent by the enemy to deceive us, and bring us great harm. Some leave for unknown reasons, while others become offended or stirred up by enemy forces. Yet, there are some that remain by our side throughout our entire lives. There are some that die prematurely and leave us heartbroken.

We learn so much about our selves and relationship with Christ, and that is why I believe He allows ones that end up in disaster, while others bring refreshment to our souls. However, there is a Friend, that is greater than any and all earthly friends. His name is Jesus Christ. he died for us and lives for us as our Great High Priest, as Lord and Savior, and Master, Yet He calls us His friends. This the one and only Friendship we will ever have that will stand the test of time on earth, and outlast all friendships good and not so good. This friendship with Jesus will never ever end. It will only grow deeper and greater world without end. What great worship there will be when we see what a great Friend Jesus really was and IS!
