E139 Time to EXPECT the Good From the Loving Hand of God!

Most people live lives that are very difficult with never ending trials, wars and battles. It seems that as soon as they finally come up for air some mysterious force shoves them back down under the water again for another round of fighting to stay alive. To run from one ambush to another. When there has been longevity to this way of life it shapes people to expect only the next bad thing to happen to them. They live bracing themselves for the next two by four to hit them across the side of the head. They experience very little relief. Job in the early part of his destruction was confronted by his wife who told him “Why don’t you just curse God and die.” Job replied that she spoke like a foolish woman. He held his ground saying, “Shall we not rather expect the good from the hand of God as well as the bad? In all this Job held fast his integrity.”

Jesus Christ does not leave people in destruction that Satan brings into people’s live, or diseases that bring heavy suffering. He is God, and He knows how to deliver His own people. The key is holding fast your integrity. To start incorporating the thoughts of your hearts to expect the good now and not just the bad. Remember, Job mentioned the good first before the bad in terms of what to expect. Have the same expectation and let the Almighty, the great I Am that I Am, the Lord Jesus Christ deliver you in the fullness of His power. Rest in this, and know you are not forgotten!
