Jesus said that “it is impossible that offenses will not come.” Everyone had been offended or has offended someone else, it just can not be helped. There is real wounding that comes with it, but what happens when we become controlled by the wound from the offense done to us? Many people find themselves for years repetitively saying to God that they forgive their offenders, and afterwards for brief periods they have peace. Yet, out of the clear blue that offense still remains and hits with a renewed vengeance. The wound is still open. That is because there is an evil spirit of offense that entered in at the moment of the wounding. It then takes it’s victims captive and ruthlessly controls them, and lets other evil spirits in such as anger, self-pity, resentment, bitterness. The sooner people realize that they are being controlled by this spirit and deal with it aggressively, they will go on in misery and torture. This Spirit instantly robs people from their peace and joy. Their Christian walk will truly suffer from this spirit until it is identified and finally cast out!

** “Joanie Stahl’s Field Notes” is strictly run off of your God inspired financial gifts which helps me tremendously to continue working full time in this ministry I love so dearly. It also allows me to cheerfully give to others in need and in helping to further the Kingdom of God. Another way you can give is through prayer. As the Lord Jesus Christ moves you to pray for me I so hugely appreciate it, as I fully know and understand the powerful value of prayer.
