Very sadly Christendom appears to be taking a very antisemitic stance that favors the so-called Palestinians. I have witnessed this firsthand in my own Church community in the last week, and see this as one of the paths that is developing the Apostate church. Churches and church groups that are standing against Israel and the Israeli people, and actively supporting the “Palestinian” cause in the name of “Social Justice”. Clearly, these folks do not have a good grasp of scripture or Bible prophecies pertaining to Israel and the Jewish people, that are yet to be fulfilled. This article highlights the action by Christians to thwart Israel and support the “Palestinians”. These Christian Social Justice warriors will sometime in the near future, find that they have pitted themselves against God.

Titled, “Promoting a Just Peace in Palestine-Israel”, and sub-headed “A Guide for United Church of Christ Faith Leaders”, this toxic document is a desperately one-sided, inaccurate, and counter-factual exercise in futile politics.

There is no room in it for a Jewish, Israeli or moderate Christian voice; just hatred of Israel and defence of the Palestinians who, time after time, have turned down generous offers of peace. The naïvety of the UCC is particularly striking in its choice to take at face value the Palestinian statement that if Israel ended its occupation, “Then they will see a new world in which there is no fear, no threat but rather security, justice and peace.” That is simply bunkum. Sadly, the Palestinians have a history of regarding every goodwill gesture by Israel as a retreat, as the triumph of aggression over diplomacy — as if to say: We shoot at Israelis and they leave; so, let’s keep shooting!

Interesting how no one much ever really takes Hamas to task over the relentless barrage of rockets etc that are fired at Israel. So many people buy into the line that they are just “poor Palestinians” fighting against the might of Israel’s IDF with sticks and stones, because they are so oppressed by them. I am struggling to think of even one real genuine effort at peace and a resolution of conflict, or a real move to do anything constructive to actually help the Palestinian people themselves in real terms, ever actually made by Hamas.
