2018 Prophecy

This is nearly identical to what I was shown for 2018 while in prayer on New Year’s Eve. I wasn’t sure if or when I was going to share this because I try hard not to speak presumptuously when it comes to giving prophecies – honestly I am scared of making that mistake because I do not want to mislead people and I do not want to be punished by God. I had put sharing this out of my mind in fact until I saw this article. This article is hard confirmation so I will share what I was shown.

What I was shown exactly was a large field of wheat gently swaying in the breeze. From that image I was shown chaff being removed/separated from the wheat – it was being blown away by the wind/winnowed away. The wheat, as it does in Scripture, represents saved, born again, Holy Ghost-filled disciples of Jesus. The chaff being removed from us is our sin.

I was then shown an image of black-rooted tares – you could not see their black roots because they were buried underground – sown in the field amongst the wheat. We know that tares look like wheat, but are not wheat. They are fake wheat that is toxic/poisonous. We know from Scripture that tares represent fake Christians – church folk who pretend to be saved or who think they are saved but are really not. Aka, the false church. The Bible says that tares are sown into the wheat fields by the enemy (Matthew 13:24-30).

What I was shown next is that in 2018 there will be a much greater separation of the true Church – true Christians – from the false. I was shown an image of a church building filled with pews and people sitting in them. Then the pews separated from the left to the right with a large dividing aisle in between them. On the right side facing the pulpit were the tares who became more openly vile, blasphemous, controlling/manipulating/bossy, nasty in attitude and more antichrist (negatively divisive) in nature.

And on the left side facing the pulpit (2 Chronicles 18:18-22, Matthew 25:31-41) was the wheat Christians who became smaller in number, but more pure/they sinned less and became more familial with one another. I literally saw chaff (sin) being winnowed/blown away out of them and they became lighter in weight. This is kind of hard to explain. It looked like they were being dunked backwards into a baptismal pool, but there was no pool or water. They were dunked backwards on the wind, which held them up. The other remnant Christians were surrounding each one who was going through this in support, love and prayer.

As they were getting “wind baptized” they didn’t become less physically heavy, they just became lighter in spirit. As more and more chaff was blown from them, the cares of this world became less and less to them. They got closer to God and more laser-focused on Him and in doing so they became less heavy/concerned with this world system. They became more joyous and peaceful in this process. More fruit of the Spirit manifested in them, they complained less and became more resolute – happy even – about doing what needs to be done for the Kingdom of God.

The final impression that I was left with was that the separation between true, water, Spirit and fire-baptized Christians and false Christians would become considerably and noticeably greater than in years past. That it would be a great separation. The Great Falling Away for many and a great Holy Spirit (ruach/wind) and fire (trials, tribulation) baptism forging for the true remnant Church.

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
