What I thought as I was listened to you discussing the 7 hills is, if they are literal hills…

… how do we know they even exist yet?!

Plenty of new hills, whether by natural disaster or more likely… manmade hills by either quarrying or excess dirt piled up from digging foundations, if you want to add Neom to the mix!

Edit : I just remember too an old rubbish dump / landfill, years ago, was made into an outdoor ski slope!

Tony, did you ever your fellow Kiwi, Barry Smith?

He was the first person I ever heard talk about what was going on – the privatisation, new taxes, symbols on the dollar bill, Hegelian dialectic, order out of chaos, America as Babylon etc etc. Was a sad day when I heard he’d been called home.

Yes I saw Barry Smith speak on more than one occasion. He had a fair bit of it right- but he tried to cram everything into too short a time frame.

Just as I was going to hook up the old VCR, put one of my Barry Smith tapes in, rewind it, set the tracking etc etc, I Googled Barry Smith and there he was, on YouTube!

I know he didn’t have much time – he travelled around and so had to repeat the same thing over and over I suppose. If he was around now and had YouTube, I’m sure he’d have a great channel! Even in the video I watched he said that they had to be out of the building by 9 because of the neighbours. He said the solution was to get the neighbours saved and into the meetings! He said not to worry about the kids because of M.O.F. – Mattress On Floor!!! He did have some great stories too.

Very interesting listening to him again though and thinking of this episode of aMtM. I made a few notes…

First I wonder how someone like Chuck Missler could have thought the original Babylon would be rebuilt? Barry Smith said Saddam started to, but Isaiah 13:19-20 says

And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

He also gave the points that Dumitru Duduman listed in his book about the USA being Mystery Babylon…

I often wonder what happened to the woman he talked about sometimes – the one who used to throw her money into the fire… Bernadette! 😉 He had a few jokes too! He is missed.
