Episode 184 of the A Minute To Midnite Show is an in-house team discussion that will bring hope, encouragement, and provide some useful keys for being strengthened and being victorious, instead of being discouraged.

      Key scripture:
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

I really don’t know when I have listened to broadcasts like you folks give. Yes there are some shows that are full of great revelations, news bulletins, historical research, prophetic words and visions but…….these bare your soul ones are new to me. They are like a mirror in some ways in that they are reflecting what I dare say most of your audience is experiencing themselves but seldom admit openly. Anyway, I am not sure exactly what direction God is taking you but sense that He is in this ministry. I do miss Chris but certainly appreciate everyone else that is part of the AMTM team . I will continue to “NOT MUZZLE THE OX THAT TREADS OUT THE GRAIN” as it is written. I am taking my liberty and may be censored but will say that since no one knows me nor have I met any of the AMTM team I have no inside agenda and thus say this —I am going to double my contribution this month to this ministry and challenge anyone who is being blessed by their broadcast to get behind these folks and help in their outreach to encourage and inform those in cyber world of the hope found in a relationship with Christ, the schemes of the enemy, and the hidden workings of the world system by supporting AMTM with prayer and finance during these darkening days we have entered. Keep up the great work guys and gals. Good on you! Cheers from the northern boundaries of Canada

Vlad- we may not have met you in person, but I will say that you have been one of the most consistent encouragers of AMTM since very early on in the piece. It has meant a lot to me that you have stuck with us all the way, and have continued to be a source of blessing and encouragement. Also I know what you mean- we put ourselves out there and share all our struggles and vulnerability. That is probably the opposite of what people are supposed to do to “succeed” in a natural worldly sense. But we all feel that’s how God wants us to be! Thank you!

For me, most days have a strong potential to be frustrating, angry, sad… so that I can just end the day thinking I’ve had enough, only to wake up the next morning and go through another day. Then I started to just give thanks to God. If things get difficult, I just sing a song about God’s faithfulness and, because I like to sing scripture, I sing an old chorus from the words of Moses – Ascribe greatness to our God, the Rock, His work is perfect, and all His ways are just… A God of faithfulness and without injustice, good and upright is He…

If we belong to God, then He knows everything we’re going to be facing, and He’s there with us through is and so I just take it as Him teaching me something else about His faithfulness and me being more reliant on Him and not letting situations get the better of me. Being changed from one degree of glory to another. I’m a slow learner though!

I heard recently that it’s good to tell others if thoughts of worthlessness etc come to you, because it breaks the power behind though thoughts… probably because if I tell you that Satan tells me I’m worthless, not going to do anything for God, not good enough, etc… then you can tell me “Oh, that old one?! Satan used to tell me that all the time!” Yeah, he has nothing new to say, really to get us down. He hates us and there’s no way he wants to see us fulfilling what God has for us. So, whatever negative things you’re thinking, those thoughts are common to all. Satan knows which buttons to push. One way I push back is to just think thank I’m not going to entertain those and I just praise again, or pray for those who are much worse off than I am, e.g. the persecuted church. Get my eyes and thoughts off of myself! Resist the devil and he will flee.

With money and the thoughts you get from the enemy, Tony, of how your ministry must be pretty much worthless because it’s not being blessed financially… I’m sure it was one of your guests that said how terrible it is nowadays that people / we equate financial prosperity with the blessing of God. Yes, God can bless ministries like that, but look around at most of the big ministries that are financially “blessed” – are most of them preaching the true Word? Even internet ones that have all the money for cameras and studios (you may know who I mean) – are they following God? Or look at people… Did George Soros make his billions by being Godly? Buffett? Gates?

I’m pretty sure that God doesn’t just give ministries $1million in one go – because of two things :
            1) Now the ministry has the money so it relies less on God! Money is their provider.
            2) Ministries with a lot of money coming in from donors think “Wow, we must really be doing God’s will because we’re soooo ‘blessed'”, even though they are far from Him. A dangerous place to be!
            3) Craving for money is the reason why some wander from the faith! (1 Tim 6:10)

So it’s often the way that it’s like modern supermarkets – they don’t have large stock rooms out the back as they used to, but they operate on “Just In Time” – where sales of products are being tracked and as they’re bought, more are released from the central store to replenish the shelves.

Easier said than done because yeah! We’d certainly like the million all in one go! But even in recent years I’ve seen how, wow, the rich must really live a worried life. Worried about markets crashing, the value of their money if they store it under the mattress, possible property price crashes, theft etc etc.

So much in the Bible it is against how we live nowadays – it says to wait on the Lord! But no, I want the answer NOW Lord!!!!

Anyway, if we follow what God is saying to us, then He’ll always provide for the journey ahead. Not on that, but the best news is… He’ll be right there with us, and you can’t get better than that! 😀

            God bless.
