      No matter how long we have been Christians, whether new or veteran, lo an behold we are going to find ourselves time and again committing a sin by word or deed. Then the conviction and correction of the Holy Spirit is immediate, and it feel terrible! However in Hebrews 12:11 we are given comfort knowing that it is a good fruit-bearing exercise by those exercised by the correction.
