169- Very Important Message for rest of 2018 – Joanie Stahl, Mike@Onpoint Prep

Tony, thank you so much for the show. It was like a gift from the Lord just for me. I am a woman who lives on her own even though I live with my family in the same house, yet we are not on the same wavelength & so I get lonely for companionship of like minded Christians. Today we were all on the same page & same wave length & I have been so blessed by your conversation.
I am so looking forward to when Brook gets the fire & freedom up & running as I think it will fill a need in my life as a next step to being one of the bridesmaids with her lamp filled with oil & enough spare to carry me through until the bridegroom comes. I thank God for the day that he led me to one of your videos way back a couple of years ago & one of the things that attracted me was that you were a sensible down to earth kiwi! I was getting a little jaded by all the other sites I was finding & wondering if there were actually any real Christian sites on you tube at all. I still haven’t found an Aussie site that I would listen to as yet! They seem to all be US sites. So I pray for the Lord’s wisdom in your lives especially when it comes to who we should be listening to in the days ahead. I am also very grateful to Matt’s terrific articles on the various strange teachings coming out of the apostate church as it is opening my eyes as to how easy it is to be caught up in wrong teaching unless you have discernment. So blessings to all of you in the team. I do keep you all in my prayers.

An excellent interview/show/post. I am in agreement with your remarks regarding a growing sense of something of major consequence that will impact business as usual in terms of daily life. I’m sensing an inner resolve, focus, and bracing. 5 or even 3 years ago I had a ravenous appetite for news other than MSM and so devoured it. Although I keep an eye on news and world events I have noticed a very pronounced general disinterest and distancing from news, predictions, forecasts and prepping particularly this past year . Sometimes I’m shocked at the change in my attitude towards in what has always been of such interest to me. In my gut I’m feeling that what has be decided by God is now set in stone and only He knows the exact time and manner of future events unfolding. I’m impressed to be personally vigilant, serious minded, prayerful, attentive to His Spirit, at peace and rest in Him as the changes are very near our door. With regards your insights on sin and addictions I fully agree that whatever we focus on we empower. I think serious Christians experience Knee jerk reaction often to the “greasy grace” message we hear so much of that we fall into purposeful condemnation as a safety mechanism lest we except and tolerate sin that we struggle with rather than turning it over to God and allowing His Spirit to bring us into freedom. If we would only be obedient. AS it has been said “the battle ground is in the mind”. I am reminded and try to practice on a regular basis of “Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (II Corinth. 10:5) I have found it an instant impulse, to with vigor reach out, as it were to grab the thought or action and cast it down more and more a natural action as I make it a habit. I am still striving to do my part in this so that I am positioned to see God by His Spirit do His continuing work of preparing and sanctifying me as I learn more and more to submit and obey.
