No mincing with words in that verse. Then comes the bride of the Lamb & he, the angel shows John the holy city. So that is God’s last say on the matter!!! I read this passage on the last day of the year & it shook me when I read that the first word was cowardly, so it has stuck in my mind as I consider myself a coward because if I can avoid a confrontation, then I go to great lengths to do so. In a nutshell this is cowardly! So God help me to change this coming year is basically the only new years resolution I would pick!! Blessings.

I have heard these two on a couple other interviews and only half way listened because I don’t plan to buy the book or even to read it. And yes of course they are trying to sell their book. Nobody can fault them for that. That is what they do. However, I go to God to ask Him what He wants me to do in respect to Trump. Or any other leader. We are told to pray for our leaders. And maybe we should even pray for other countries leaders as they do have an impact on our lives as well. Think NK leader…I pray daily that Jesus reveal Himself to him and soften his heart.

The bible shows us many times of God using a “king” or “ruler” to do what He wants and this always has to do with Israel and not any other country. So we must keep that in mind when talking about Trump. That being said, I don’t think Trump is a messiah or going to do anything other than allowing us, the Christ Followers to continue with the great commission to carry the Gospel to those who need to hear it before the end comes. I don’t think the election of Trump will slow down or even speed up God’s plans for the end times. And Trump himself may be working toward globalism but just going about it in a different way. I don’t know.

Like Tony said we may not be able to fully trust him and the way he presents himself. We really can’t trust anyone but we can trust what the fruit is of that person. Actions speak louder than words and yes we have seen conflicting actions with Trump. No doubt about it. We must also remember Trump is human with a sin nature just like the rest of us. Think back to King David and what he did! There are no perfect rulers, no perfect people, and no perfect countries and God’s plans will carry on at the time of His choosing and in the way He chooses. So again I say the only reason Trump is in there is to give God’s people a bit longer to carry His message to them because God wishes that none perish and all come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Great response to that guy Tony! You are 100% right. People are putting Trump on a pedestal and thinking there is more to his election than what is true. I also agree with you about them being blind. I think a lot of this comes from the corruption we have been living with in this country for so long that they are hoping beyond hope that he will fix things. But he won’t. He can’t. He can do good things and make things better but none of it will last. We as true believers know the end is coming and there is nothing we can do to stop it but we must let as many people as we can know about Jesus. There is so much deception going on and Trump can actually be part of that deception, unknowingly perhaps but actually as a distraction to put us all back to sleep. Just like when you are home and someone breaks in. As soon as the cops get there you breathe a sign of relief thinking it is ok now. But it doesn’t mean someone won’t break in tomorrow! Unfortunately my own husband has these stars in his eyes about Trump. Only Jesus can open the blinded eyes so I plan to continue to witness to anyone who will listen.
