I moved this forum

I have moved the Israel and Middle East sub forum out from under the End Times, New World Order and News forum, and I have made it a parent forum rather than it just being a sub forum. I think this will make it easier to see what is being posted in both the End Times, New World Order -News Forum and the Israel , Middle East Forum
