Indeed, the shows we are fed all have a similar theme, because they have a similar goal or objective. It is not about entertainment; it is about slow and steady indoctrination. The most successful indoctrination is training that doesn’t feel like training but instead feels more like amusement. Another term for this is ‘gamification” where a task is made into a game to entice people to participate and engage in it. The stories that we are shown, even the news and the advertisements ALL have an underling agenda. Their plot lines and scripts are not merely random or by accident. They all play a small part in a larger ploy. It is to indoctrinate you in some way in the ways that are counter to God’s ways, or wear you down, or expose you to just one level worse of an influence so you are desensitized to it and you slowly, but steadily, start to mimic it and accept it.
