This morning I arose up early to pray just as any other day. Perhaps a few hours beforehand, I lay in bed thinking about what I wanted to pray about. I ruminated about all the things that are going on the world, the needs of my family, and of course the election.
I thought back about all the years I have awakened “a great while before the day”, to seek the Lord and read His word. However, I have been feeling different lately. I remember the early days of seeking the Lord in devotions. This morning I arose with a different momentum. I realized that my devotions were now much different. It occurred to me that my prayer was now a matter of more than just the welfare of my family, but of what is left of this nation in regards to my family.
I got up and went to my favorite spot in my house and prayed. I felt different. I no longer felt the need to hang on the Lord for what was on yesterday’s menu. I saw myself; I believe the way Jesus wanted me from now on to see myself – as His weapon. Lately, I have been warring for the little field of lentils [our nation], just as Shammah did against the wrath of the Devil and his kingdom. I know I was shown that there is now a charge. It is not a part-time charge to rise in the morning and war as I did yesterday, then grab breakfast and go on with the day. This charge is long-term and meant to remain with me throughout each day.
November 3, 2016 – The Dream:
I saw myself standing in a void place. I saw a man appear before me and somewhat above me. I looked at him and saw that he was a very distinguished man dressed in distinguished clothing. He was no ordinary man. He handed me a little box. It was a gift box. I reached up for it and looked at it. I saw a little window on the top of the box and I looked inside.
Through the window, I saw a wristwatch. I wondered why the man was giving it to me. I wondered because I thought, “I am already wearing a watch”. (The interesting thing is that I do not wear watches). I looked at the watch I was wearing and noticed it was old, worn out, and tattered. I could not even read the numbers as they were all worn off and looked blurry.
Then I opened the little gift and I put on the new wristwatch. I noticed that the face was much bigger and the numbers were bright white, sharp, and clear. [It was obviously in pristine condition, meant for keeping up with the proper time].
Then I awoke.
Interpretation:
I immediately understood what the Lord was doing and wanting to show me. He wanted me to be completely aware of the time that we have left. The old worn out watch I was wearing with unrecognizable numbers represented that I was taking time for granted. However, I was unaware of this and how careless I had become in ignoring the time at hand. The fact that I was even still wearing it, though worthless, proved that reality. The man that came out of nowhere located above me in distinguished clothing was whom I believe to be a representative of heaven.
I believe the man handing me the new watch meant that God now wants me to be very aware of the time. The big face and bright white numbers made it of no excuse. This means it is NOW time to understand that there is so little time left. There is an extreme importance of knowing this.
Message from Joanie:
I cannot speak for others, but I can certainly say that I know within myself that where I was before in my comfortable, cozy space I spend with the Lord has changed. I know this because undoubtedly He has changed me first within myself. This is in order that I obey a new command and take it on. How long I cannot say, but this command will remain as long as it takes. I do not feel like praying all over the board. I do not feel like wringing my hands and going over things as usual. There is a power now that has entered in and I am set and secured for this race.
I know that there is a little bit of time left. Not only that, but I also know that the Lord wants me to say this outwardly. Whom it will land on will be those that are called the same way as myself.
Jesus wants us to know that we are on earth not to mourn like the rest of those who have no hope. He wants you to know that He knows you are here right now for a reason. Make no mistake about it; the people of this nation are in essence saying,
“As for us, our eyes as yet failed for our vain help: in our watching we have watched for a nation that could not save us.” (Lamentations 4:17, KJV)
I think this scripture speaks loud and clear. The question is in our faces and the answer so obvious. This nation cannot save us. It is only the Lord Jesus Christ at the head of His armies that will save us. I have an ever-increasing energy. Rather, I should say “life” within me that is rising up as something, or someone greater than myself. I cannot deny it and it is great. Greater than me and I am fully aware of it. The cause is greater than I am. It is an exactness – a sharpness that was not there yesterday.
In all solidity, it is so great that it feels that if I were the only one on the face of the entire planet who screams out in war cries against the blackest tides of evil. It is what is in me. That “greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world”. I do not say any of this because I think I am something more than I truly am. No, I say this because I know Jesus, and His voice and power is unmistakable.
“Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” (Psalms 94:16, KJV)
I believe at some point it is not only, “He that hath ears to hear let him hear”. Relatively, it is the question in the above passage of “Who”. WHO will rise up for Him? It comes down to that. He gets to the point that He is no longer seeking for many, but for one person who will stand, hear, rise up, and stand! In addition, He is ready to throw all of His power behind that person. Are you willing?
Ask yourselves something. If you knew that you alone were the only one to rise up and slay, would you do it? If you knew you stood alone, knowing that as long as God heard the voice of your heart and that it would wreak horrific damage to the gates of hell on behalf of your nation, would you do it? You would do it if you were truly of Him because just praying alone for your families is now no longer enough. When you pray for what is left of our nation, is your praying just greatly for your families?
It is out in the open. The powers of darkness and the “so-called depths of Satan” are being ripped wide open. We are seeing what we could never believe before now. God is revealing the most wicked practices of those we call leaders. I hear the same words of Moses this day,
“Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD’S side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.” (Exodus 32:26, KJV)
The last time I looked in 1 Peter 2:9, it said,
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
The way I take it, is that the authority has already been handed down to us.
“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” (Ephesians 2:6, KJV)
Those words have intense weight. Think about why you are raised up and seated together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Why is that so? It is for you to execute His authority, His power, His righteousness, His rule and reign and laws against the “god of this age”.
When this enters into your heart, you will know it! NO ONE will have to spell it out to you. You will not care if you stand alone, or who is it that will go with you hand in hand into the war field. This is because as you obey, the entire kingdom of heaven will be behind you and at your disposal. Satan knows this. He knows this all too well and he is terrified of it!
“Ye believe in God? ye do well. For even the demons believe and tremble!”
(James 2:19, KJV)
“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:19-20, KJV)
Conclusion:
When you realize these things, and set your mind on them, the Lord will meet your there. He will then gird you with power that comes down from above. This power will not originate within you. He will gird you with strength, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. He will cause His entire angelic host to accompany you. He never sends any of His soldiers out alone. He will never leave you nor forsake you…not even unto the end of the world.
“Let us go forth therefore unto Him without the camp, bearing His reproach. For here we have not continuing city, but we seek one to come.” (Hebrews 13:13-14, KJV)
